I guess they did do wild things and get into trouble at school, but I was pretty sure they were making up half the stuff to impress Kim and Maddy. Maddy and Josh and I liked Harry Potter and Lemony Snicket, the books even more than the movies, so we talked about the characters and our favorite lines. But after a while Kim always said, “What is this? English class?”
